Sativa or Indica....anyone have an idea?

This baby is about 6 weeks into vegetation everything is going great...i was just wondering if anyone could identify if this is a sativa or indica plant...that way i can look forward to the smoke when it is all ready :bigjoint:


any help would be appreciated. i got these seeds from a mids bag but im trying to baby it so it can possibly be a nice smoke and not make me fall asleep

Indica...watch out with all that tinfoil.....and mid's.....the bud might look good but it's just going to get you as high as the mid's would. Plant looks nice though man!:leaf:

I always thought MIDS meant it was good stuff gone brick where as just plain MERSH was shitty pot to begin with AND bricked... All "MIDS" are different it's just what's done with or to them that lowers the quality. Most could be good strains just grown and harvested early for the most turn over. There is VERY good stuff out there people "call" mIDz... Looks strait Indica to me and If grown right whatever strain it is your final product will be MUCH better than your bag of mIDz. You will be able to maximize the potential of the plant where a "Commercial" grower goes for quantity over quality. Ditch the foil not sure what that is all about... Let your trichs get a nice amber a 50/50 will be nice finished and no matter what DRY AND CURE right and that same stuff from a bag of mIDz is now much much different!

Well the tin foil isnt really tin foil its a lot thinner material petty much like tin foil thoug but it is to reflect the light so that the light can reach all sides of the plant so it grows every which way...just curious what is so terrible about using that material to help reflect the light?

the tin foil or aluminum foil creates hot spots and can burn your ladies!!! thats why he was sayin be careful!! either use mylar or get a safety blanket from wally world....its pretty much like a real thin layer of mylar and its super cheap!!

Im pretty sure thats what i have...its super thin like you can look straight through...i got it from my buddy after he grew and its just like super thin aluminum foil

thats indica all the way, and get some mylar bro tin foil isnt good...but otherwise good green mane

hahah i aint usin tin foil....im not exactly sure what it is my buddy used it when he grew so he gave it to me....im pretty sure it resembles mylar material though

also when is a good time time to start the 12/12 flowering process it is about 9inches out of the soil right now i figured id give it about maybe 2 more weeks and then switch it what do you guys think?

If you want it to produce a high and not a couchlock stone harvest it a little early. The trichomes/resin glands will mature/age as follows..... clear, milky, amber. the high your looking for will be a mix of milky and clear. Get yourself a magnifying glass or whatever its called (help me out guys) and watch the progression of ripening on the buds when you flower them. If you waittoo long they will turn amber and put you to sleep.

The BEST time to flower is when they start throwing preflowers and start alternating branches (they have reached sexual maturity) but you can force them earlier. 9 to 12 inches seems to be the indoor norm.
