The watch is a key, the gun has a lock. This is nothing new at all.
ALL locks can be circumvented.
The gun is a .22 and costs about 6 times what a average .22 pistol costs today.
No one is going to buy this thing, it is a poor poor choice as a defensive weapon and the cost is prohibitive. .22 Semi Auto pistols are notoriously finicky and jam often, even the best ones out there, mainly due to ammunition variances.
What happens when the watch battery dies?
Are you really going to wear this giant watch on your wrist 24/7 and while asleep?
Its a great wonderful awesome idea for a gun range weapon though.

Unfortunately, I have siblings who are sorta stuck there for now...they cannot wait to bolt out of there.
Too bad, because some of the best outdoor bud crops that I ever harvested were in NJ!

Who gives a shit what NJ does any more than what NY does? I have NO problem with states doing whatever the fuck they want to do. Ima sit back and watch the spectacle of stupidity. It's a shame they can't force libs to live in the beds they make, they seem to flee like rats on a sinking ship when their policies come to fruition.

What about the iPad? The only reason it is less expensive is because of superior products as competition undercutting Apple's prices. This gun has no competition because its a fairly useless weapon because they can't make it in a larger caliber because the technology needs to be further miniaturized.
How often does the battery need to be changed on the weapon?
Can the weapon be driven over by a tank, dropped onto cement from 10 meters 100 times, fired 3,000 times , baked in an oven for 12 hours at 160F and then frozen to 60 below zero for 12 hours, drug thru sand and mud and then made to fire with no lubrication and still have zero failures?
If it can't do those things, then it is not reliable enough to be used in any capacity other than a tin can shooter.
Do you know this by studying the mirror?

it's a fucking 22 pistol, which makes it useless
you have to enter a pin on your magic watch before you can fire it, which makes it even more useless.
if the watch gets broke, No Gun
if the watch gets wet, No Gun
if the delicate electronics inside the gun break, No Gun
and even if everything works perfectly,, it's a .22, so... No Gun.
if that is a "smart gun" where are they gonna find people stupid enough to pay $2000 for a .22 that may or may not fire when you need it?
