Scrog

Hello guys
I want to start scrog my babies but I’m not sure if they old enough yet I want to cut the head and down under I leave only 2 branches then top make them 4 then top to 8 heads I will show you guys pic tell me what to do please. Sorry for hps light I broke my white light I will get other bulb

Gotta wait a while to scrog it still but I love the fact your gonna scrog it out.

2 options, you can top it so it branches out, or what I would do is let it grow another ft or so and bend it over and place the scrog and weave it for 2 weeks and flip to flower and continue weaving for 1-2 weeks


Eaither way it needs to be a ft or 1.5 taller

Thanks a lot bro yes sounds right I will wait for foot or foot and half I try Scrog last time I failed I want to do it right this time that’s why I ask early Thanks again bro

I thought about bending the whole tree but I want to try to keep it on one level I keep reading they remove everything and keep just 2 parallel branches and make as much from them to stay on same level I think it’s better for light I want to ask you bro now with this scrog and 3 month veg do how much yields you think I will get ?

Yield depends on the light as much as anything.
For what it's worth I run scrogs with 5 gallon containers and get between 4-8 oz a plant and about 20oz per 1kw.
A fair bit more if I pack in more plants, closer to 30 a light when packed in. Simular veg time.

They in 7 gallons under 600W I thought I could pull 4 pounds I will keep reading and try my best I will see how much I can pull 1 guy say a pound is doable 2 pounds need a pro I didn’t believe him then. I guess his right

You will never get 4lb off a 600 watt light unless you litterally make a deal with the devil

Hahahaha I will try for 2 I know I’m not 2 type but I will work towards it

I got 7 in a 8x6 tent under a 600w hps I’m in my third week from clone I think next weekend I’m going to try to Scrog I’ve been trying LST pinching bending and FIM

8 by 6 double my space even more I’m 4 by 4
Maybe you have 2X600w hps
Maybe you can make 4 pounds ?

In a 4x4ft tent and 600 watt hps you should be pulling 16-20 oz from a proper scrog, if your just going to grow plants up into the net and use it as a flower support then use more plants as its just a flower support not a scrog.

Final harvest 7.50oz in a 2.5x2.5ft scrog and the one that was beside it ended up with 5.6oz so not bad for the power used around 350 watts. 12 inch tops all over.

Motivation this my first grow so I’m just tryna get a good formula do first but yeah definitely upgrade for the future
