Hello friend from IA....I am no pro but I have had MANY succ. outdoor grows and some not to shabby indoor CFL's. Planning on starting a journal in a day or so, as soon as my seeds sprout(a plug for all those who are judging my answer :) Stay tuned to my journal if you want to follow my success/failure)

Try starting on 24/24 or 18/6 light schedule for the 1st 15 or 16 days of growth THEN switch to 12/12 an the sex should show w/in a couple weeks and you will have a way bushier plant. I also noticed that your girl(hopeully) is stretching for heaven. I dont know how close you have your lights but if they are CFL move them 2-3 inchs from the plant. You should have no burns and the plant will get way more light, and stay stout and bushy not tall and lanky.

Leaves look a little droopy as well might just need some water....but def. move the lights closer(Trust ME)

Hope it helped...will keep an eye on this grow.

its been a while since i posted any pictures so i decided to put some up

Is that a coco pot planted into a larger pot? If so, do you think the pot could be restricting the growth of the roots?
