Second opinions a couple weeks later.

I have a plant going in FFOF with a cup of dolomite in a 7gal. I seem to be on the edge of burning it.

I've been adding very sparingly FFOF grow big, and mostly just plain water.

If I add too much food, it seems to get worse, if I take it easy (week with plain water) it looks good again, but no matter what, as the leaves age, they look like this. They never seem to get much more than this, and the leaves seem a bit less supple.

Last timebI posted, the thought was that it might just be strain coloring, but it just feels like a deficiency.

Opinions? LED is on, will need to try post tomorrow if that's a big problem for this diagnosis.

This is a purple strain right? I'd put money on it's genetic, not some deficiency. I have a mom that turns purple no matter the temps, and that's what she always looks like in veg.

Sure is, "Purple Lights" by someone name Zeus Beanz I got from a local shop. That's 2votes for the "not a deficiency, probably genetics" I'll keep to the plan, which is to feed at like 20% strength or nothing but plain water unless they seem hungry. I've done better by almost doing nothing compared to the times when I "tried" and too hard.

Stop feeding!! The soil contains enough nutrients for 3-4 weeks
They've been vegging since mid November, I've been tying them down and topping to get the canopy flat like a hedge.

I just scaled back from 18/6 to 12/12 last week (I shorten the days and hour at a time because I can). This week is first full 12/12 week... I may have over done the veg, but we'll see, the tangerine dream is really stretching like mad.

Baby photo (nov 25) and a random training photo.

FF grow big says 20ml per 4l every other watering for heavy feeding, I've given it 10ml per 4l two separate times just over a week apart to test it and see if it improved. I'm really trying to do almost nothing!

Here's hoping it's just purple!
