Seed popping and pollen chucking with ApfelStrudel

So here's my setup. 1x1x2m tent with 4x CXB3070 COBs and 320 lm561 SunBoard, 4" extraction fan with carbon filter, passive intake, 150W infra-red floor heating for the coldest winter days.



Veg takes place in a wooden box of 60x80x80 cm equipped with 6 SunBoard rigid strips with 96 lm561 chips on each running at about 145W all together





The tent is flowering 2x Tardtang (NorCal Catpiss x Moontang x Tardis) , 1x Alien Grenades and 1x one of testers from Baked Beanz about 1 week in flower




Veg box is hosting another 6 testers from Baked Beanz, 2 Alien Grenades males and 2 Grape Puff x Cherry Puff and some cuts from the flowering plants in the tent

Day 20

Sweet setup. Very clean and tidy. Nice bud shots. Those pots with the screws sticking out the rim are an idea that I'm going to borrow. Keep it up!

Pulled out stakes and dropped that light some. Gonna probably drop it some more in the next few days

Got another 50 days or so before anything moves out of this one so gotta keep them on 6x6" footprint

Those Alien Grenades are males and some females and unsexed plants.

Males got fresh shoes

Temps dropped a few degrees in the past few days and Alien Grenades showed it immediately



Growth doesn't seem to be affected much.

Although I over trained those a bit this time. Also had too much going wrong from the very beginning. Temps dropping way too low just like humidity, underwatered plants ...

They turned out pretty nice after all. Still got some 5 weeks left I guess since low temps might extend the flowering.

Alien Grenades



Also here is the Grape Puff x Cherry Puff #3 that got decapitated as a sprout while trying to remove the shell. Both cotyledons got ripped and first set of true leaves were damaged. Left it in there as it didn't die off straight but showed the will to live. It's slowly getting on the right path as it's been growing weird from the get go



The bigger plant is it's sibling for comparison. These plants stink really gross of burnt rubber.

Looks like I'll be getting a few seeds from the Alien Grenades pollinated with Slyme Cookies pollen I have stored from the previous run

I only pollinated top of 2 buds in the middle of the canopy.
