Seed shell problem

Hello all! This is my first grow ever. I've done countless hours of research and still it doesn't prepare fully for when you finally begin. I'm growing some Girl Scout Cookies and some Strawberry Cheesecake. They are only a few days above ground as of now. The Strawberry is doing amazingly, but the GSC had is having trouble with the shell.

I took half of it off about 1.5 to 2 days ago, and hoped the other would fall off, but it seems as though it has become stuck the the small leaves. I'm worried the plant won't even make it to the veg state like this. Am I worried about nothing or is there a solution? All help is appreciated.

Part of the shell has kept two opposite leaves from fanning out and I'm worried I'll break the leaves if I force it off since it feels like it is formed with the leaves.

Thank you in advance, Matt

Just leave it alone or mist it once a day and don’t touch it
