Seeded Plants put off Pollen?

Well, I popped some Lucky Charmz seeds. I assumed they were fems, well they all were male and popped pollen before I was aware. I had some plants in flower in a room near the tent. Well the polls spread and now I have some crosses. Can I continue these seeded plants without fear of more pollen? They are really nice and the seeds might be nice. Thanks guys, haven't been across this creek before. TC

That sounds odd. Were the plants that dropped pollen true males or were they hermaphrodites that had both male and female parts? How many of the seeds did you plant that gave you 100% male plants? Even if you got regular seeds instead of fem it's unlikely that they would all be male.

The plants that were pollinated will not produce more pollen unless they develop into hermies. Might as well let them grow. I can't comment on the seeds being good without knowing if the pollen came from true males or not.

Do you have any pictures of these males? If there were any pistils then they were not true males.

Yes, the were all true males, 5 for 5. Disappointing.
I asked because many don't know the difference. 5 for 5 happens. The last time it happened to me it was 5 females and I wanted a male for making more seeds. I ended up taking a couple clones and making fem seeds. I still have the strain at least.

Your seeded plants won’t produce more pollen because they were seeded. Some people think seeded plants are more potent as the plant is more satisfied. Back in the day I smoked a lot of outdoor grown with small amounts of seed and think it was proper sun grown that made the difference but who knows. Maybe seeded plants are happier?

Either way only nanners and male flowers should drop pollen.

Edit note: only down side is seed is it’s easily the heaviest part of the harvest even after dry and your yield of flower will be right on minus the seed weight. I’ve seen outdoor plants that ended up like 99% seed. Huge cola spears and maybe a joint of smoke with thousands of seeds. That was a runaway situation though. They’d been warned lol
