Seedling brown edges

Hi guys I have been a member for the past couple of years and this is my first post. My 2 week old seedlings are turning brown around the edges pls help!

They are in Arthur bowers multi purpose compost mixed with perlite under cfls around
3 inches away

what is the ph of soil

I water them with ph 6.5 water. Ill check my run off water tomorrow in what range should it be?

Should be coming out and going in at 6.5

I flushed with ph adjusted water and added a diluted mix of FF grow and big bloom, hoping for the best

Good news they seem to be recovering and growing
