Seedling dead?

Quick one yesterday I had to shoot out all day and forgot to give the seedlings a water and the root it cubes they are in dried out so gave them a good watering but not to much but one had wilted pretty bad so I put a prop in to tie it to to help it gain it’s strength to pick back up but the seeding head fell off is this now dead ?

Let me look into my crystal ball. LOL.

Dry and wilted is a dead seedling to me
Best case scenario it survived and was a runt

Like Herb & Suds said. If it does happen to recover and survive (happens), it'll forever be a stunted cripple.

You're better off starting another.
