Seedling Problems! =[

I already told you, the hydro store or possibly a nursery. You can make your own, the mix I gave you will work just fine.

Um..buy some coco coir..its the best possible medium compared to ANY soil...trust me...just go to PetSmart and buy s brick of it..

If he does that then he will have to get some real nutrients and watch the pH. I think soil would be a lot easier ansd more forgiving then coco. I know coco is a faster then soil, but for his first grow.

get some hyponex soil and perlite, mix in 30 to 40% perlite along with 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime per gallon of mix.

I did a quick google search just now and I found mutiple things about hyponex being a cheap soil causing poor growth ?

Thanks,.,,

the soil has no nutes, so of course there will be poor growth if you don't feed them.
You don't have many options really. you need to amend it with the perlite.
either take my advice or don't

OK I will take your advice :) Thanks, Your advice is greatly appreciated

So I should buy some Hyponex organic soil and buy some Miracle Gro Per lite

ALSO: Where will I find a pH tester at wal mart ?

,,,

stay away from time realeased nutes in the soil, If you start a seedling in it it will get fried. Stick with water soluble nutrients and soil with no nutes.

Well if this is what fried is, then I am in...(pics)
