Seedling sprouted looks a little weird

I planted my germinated seed yesterday and it sprouted this morning, it looks abit weird im not sure if this is normal? help please

No they look normal, dont poke, dig, fiddle around with it or the soil, repot about week 3.

Should i have it under cfl's or leave it in dark? and would it be ok if i brought it outside instead of having it under cfl's

Don't put the light right on top of the seedling, they like it gentle at first.

The seed leaves should open tomorrow or the next day.

Don't feed it.

Relax and have fun growing.

you can put it out in a day or two. put it out in a shady spot and ease it into the sun over the weekend

The seed opened up and the leaves are out now, looking very nice, thanks alot
