The stems seem a brighter, more red color when they damp off. Damping is not so much over water as much the bacteria that cause it. They love the same environment as a seeds.
I'm conflicted. One part of me says over water. You can see a yellowing in the leaves.
The other, I'm thinking the roots might not be far enough down.
That and feeding it.
Op, if it does damp off and die, gently pull the roots out and see how long they are.
