Okay thank y’all so much I just don’t want lose my plants that would be a shame my leaves looks great just growing to tall but now I know why cause they weren’t under enough light

Those LEDS are GARBAGE.
I had a 'phlizon' one and trust me they suck. Also just because they say they are 400W or 600W they are not, most of those cheap 600W LEDS are more like 80W. Just like the light you are using says it is 250W (when it is 32W).
If you are on a tight budget I wouldn't recommend LEDs. For my half decent 240W LED cost me $800 and after 3 years of use its driver died.
I have used HID ballasts for YEARS without ever having one die. IMO if you can't afford $400 just go with HID lighting, it's cheap nowadays to buy a ballast and the bulbs arent too expensive either.

If you are looking for a LED that will take you thru harvest
At the least go with the style that has a cob built in

Just wanted him to put his hand a few inches below the bulb to spot check for heat
