seedlings no progress

So I planted the seedlings about 5 days ago and throughout those 5 days the sprout was growing fast, but now the past 3 days it seems that all activity has stopped. I have them in rockwool and hydrorocks and light 1" away from the seedling. What is happening, why the sudden stop, what should I do?

Same thing is happenng with mine also... but with soil

How often are you watering them?

Is your light on 18/6? are you phing your water? How about some 1/2 strtength nutes? Also be patient they will grow. I have like 40 seedlings right now and some take longer than others, But the majority of mine are nice and strong.
