Looks like you need some better quality soil. What are you using now?

id say over watering...i only spray my a couple of times a day with a squirt bottle

I'm using regular indoor fertilized soil.

let them dry out good before watering again. #1 reason you kill seedlings over watering.

It just looked like peat or something that retains alot of moisture. Which would cause a problem with the retention of water. Depending whether those are bagseed or good genes, I'd just start some new seedlings. May want to put some perlite in that dirt as well. Good luck with them.

you are overwatering thus fucking the root system and now it cant take up N.
