Will this light suffice? And how long... 12 hrs??

As far the pictures shows. With that amount of light will not be enough. In needs a stronger light source. Is it possible to put them outside in more direct sun light? Otherwise I would invest in a led light. For example the mars hydro ts600. Cheap light but gives a great harvest:)

I'd re-pot those seedlings & bury them to just below the leaves.
They need more light, that's why they're "stretching".
If you can put them in all day sun, that would be ok for now.
That purple light is not much good.
For a light I'd recommend something with Samsung lm301b or lm301h chips, Meanwell or Inventronics drivers.

Have fun

Not to bash you but dang... that's the leggiest plants I've ever seen in 30 years of growing weed, and 16+ years on this forum.
I know....I have started moving outdoors for most of day...pure sun....then new lights for the evening...6 hrs of dark. Added soil and braced. Will see. Have more seeds......

just be aware with the added air movement, they will drink some more water than usual.
No problem, I would do what the others said and add light (maybe move it from window to window (east and west) or put it in a south facing window. The soil you choose to put them in will make a huge difference in the growth and to me from the pictures its hard to tell the quality of your potting soil.
also like others said i would consider putting them into deeper containers and burying the stems

It's a costo miracle grow container soil...it's warming up here so outside should be good most of day...then inside under lights for remainder. Love learning
