Seedlings under 24hr of Light or 18?

My seeds have poped up and have them under floros, Just wondered if I should keep the lite on for 24hr for a week before going to 18/6? any thoughts?

I would give them 18 so can rest a little. anyway until they pop out of the soil it won't matter much.

Depends on the strain, I'm sure there are plenty that can handle 24/0 but the Lost Coast OG from Emerald Triangle I'm growing showed stress until I changed it to 18/6

I tried both ways, and I prefer 18/6 cycle for ALL vegging.
