Seedlings with odd colored patches/black dots? Help!

So these were stunted for awhile, I think they're just taking off again since being put into the soil. These problems started while in DWC buckets. Both 17 days old as of today (I know, they're small, I'm trying to get it to survive to clone stage so I can get some of that strain)

They haven't been fed any nutes yet in the soil, the soil itself is low dose like .14-.06-.14 or something. Like I said, this started before the soil so the soil is a last ditch to save the snow white strain.

First plant: Tan spots, curling downward on second set of leaves, popping 3rd set of leaves already, small, but slowly starting to grow again. For the first 10 days of it's life, it was darker than the other plants (like maybe too dark)

Second plant: This guy started with the black spots and leaf damage you see, then is slowly starting on the edges of the second set of leaves with that same weird tan colored blotching.

Theories:
1. Light bleaching on tan
2. Some type of Mg, Fe deficiency maybe?
3. Nitrogen def starting on first plant
4. Only 48 hours in soil, maybe these will correct themselves as they re-establish?

This is literally not long after their first watering. Like I said, all of these problems were way before any soil/watering or anything. This is my attempt at getting them to start growing (and my first shot at soil), for 18 days or so they're farrrr too small. I have a 7 day old that's bigger than the biggest one! haha

I'll get a soil pH meter, testing the runoff has been inaccurate and inconclusive to say the least

EDIT: Considering the other plants in my grow I started in the soil are doing just fine (in fact pretty well compared to these lol) I don't think it's got to do with watering or the soil, because they got the same treatment these ones have.

EDIT 2: When you DO water, how much do you water then? I watered until runoff but it took a ton and made the cups real heavy... maybe the soil doesn't drain as well? It's black gold all purpose like I mentioned but lots of people use it so I'd think it's okay to use.

No offense the cause can't be something that came around AFTER the deficiency started. ie: The soil.

Cmon read the first paragraph of the post.

like i said man its overwatering what ever way u look at it, i had the same issue your having with my girls last year and when i go about watering i do the "lifting Method" which means water it but make sure there is little to no run off then check it 2-3 days after u watered them and the pots should be lighter the lighter they are then you know they need water... you could have poor drainage not saying you do but you could have and MJ dont like Wet feet and thats what this looks like.. which is causing you lockout of some sort. your saying your other babies are doin fine but these? well mabe you overwatered this one a little too much it happends man

ps. and your soil way be too Hot for those seedlings not sayin it is but from the looks of it it sure does, id get some FOX FARM brand soil like happy frog im currently using fox farm ocean forest and i love it,

Good luck!
