Make sure you have holes in the bottom of your cups for drainage and put the light closer to slow the stretch. I have my CFLs about 1" from the tops of the plants when they are that small. Resist overwatering. Let the soil dry a little before re-watering. Over watering and over feeding are the two biggest noob problems. Over watering drowns the roots and over feeding causes deficencys. Your babies look a little wet and that will make them droop. Good luck with your grow!

Yep, def get those CFL's closer. Also, you may want to get those tube flourescents above the plants and shining down as opposed to on the side and beneath. Depending on how wide/long your cups are in total, you may need another CFL or 4?

Also, what "K" are your CFLs? You want 6500K for veg and 2700K for flower (diff light spectrums).

Also, as I understand, see thru cups are bad for roots (the light). Not that your near having big enough roots for that yet.
When to take out of cups? I still have mine in 5" and they're 3 weeks from sprout today.

Also, when you replant and the stems are somewhat longer (from stretching for the light), bury them up to about 1/4th inch from the bottom leaves. It will produce more/better root growth.

Just an IMO.
Good Luck.
