I found a hermi in with my ladies the other day, i promptly removed it. i took it to a remote local to live out its days. i checked it today and i found little(i think) seeds inside the pod with the pistils comming out. my question is... was it a seed or a false pod? also how can i check my other 3ladys to know if they are pregnant?bongsmilie. sorry cant post pics from phone.

i dont think there are "false seed pods" a false seed pod would be a caylax.
you wont know they are preggo until you start seeing the caylaxes swell up and pop open with a seed..
once the caylaxys start to swell a bit, take one off and open it up.
if i were you then i would just wait.
did the herm have open pollen sacs?

no but i did some research on another forum, the pistils are conected to something inside the calyx like an embryo of sorts the pollin is grabbed by the pistils and creat a seed. the pistils turn orenge(supposedly) immediately after pollination. all my pistills are still white. others seem to agree this is some sort of un fertilized embryo of sorts. there were some growers who removed calyxis in veries stages of flower from diff strains some had this embryo some did not. i am more confused but less worried. time will tell.
