Ok i have an indoor with 4 plants, the seeds were giving to me from my buddy. but anyways i looked at the one and it has seeds growing on her, and the other 3 dont have any signs of seeds... Ive searched every lil bit of each plant and there isnt any signs of male or pollen sacs..wtf would do this?

there is at least one pollen sack somewhere. usually near the base of a stem that has weak growth, low light and poor circulation

Yes, only pollen makes seeds. Have you been to another grow spot lately? I have a local sativa strain growing outside that hermies every time...I decided to cross it with one of my cheese clones. This is going to be some Gnarly shit.

After pollen busts out the sack falls too, so you really won't see it on the plant anymore.

A friend of mine had the same thing. He never knew where it came from but it was 15 plants all to seed. I would be glad it's not all of them.

Weed pollen can travel about a mile, and it's hard to spot 1 or 2 balls on a fully blooming plant,if it was transferred pollen then then expect reg seeds,if its a few balls enjoy the feminized seeds since it's not a real herm.

Pollen doesn't stay viable long once airborne. It's not going to travel a mile on the wind and seed your indoor grow. Sometimes plants will self-pollinate late in flower but the seeds will usually be underdeveloped or hollow.
