Seeds in or to Canada

I call them crap king because they are drying out on headshop counters nationwide offering outlandish claims that seldom come to fruition.
I’m sure that they are better then hemp or the mummy dust the lps are slinging but if you find the results from them impressive I really recommend getting your hands on some legit genetics.
Well I guess I dont have much to compare to there the only place I've ever ordered seeds from. Always grew from clone. I guess if these are shitty genetics I better try somewhere else. I seem to be doing good with any I've ordered from them......specify what you mean by bad genetics?....I'd say 90% of what your product turns out like is between the grower and the equipment....but that's just my opinion

Mummy dust...for real though. You can't even touch that over-priced garbage without it turning to dust.

I've been buying quite a bit from worlds strongest strains. Cannot beat those 25$ packs.

Hey there people,

So I've been reading through this and I had to make an account to post cause this is an annoying issue to find good, reliable seed banks, I'll list a few below but I -really- want to post about one in particular first I've noticed that kinda annoyed/cracked me up.

Okay so Canuk seeds I've got from them a few times no issues, even saw their booth in person at an expo except all they had was feminized then, I mainly only get Regular and I've also come across another seller: seedsman and I happened to notice that if you look at their regular seeds at all the cheapest ones that come up at the top they are the exact same strains that Canuk has been carrying. They added Bruce banner not to long ago on seedsman in the cheapies and now Canuk is selling that one too, Canuk use to have jungle wreck, ata tundra, african buzz etc. but sold out and I assume didn't restock since not many people want regular seeds.

I haven't ordered from seedsman myself but it seems pretty clear Canuk has, and then charges 2-3 times the price so I guess that's one way of figuring out that seedsman seems to be legit?

I want to try bc bud depot but I've read a lot of questionable things about them.

I have had great results with MSNL (marijuana-seeds) however and their super secret shipping method was excellent and hilarious, they also have some of the BEST PRICES I have come across. My only dislike is that I lose out on getting original breeder packs that way. As far as I can tell though a lot of what MSNL carries is genetics from Nirvana and Dutch Passion. I also paid them with an overseas bank transfer that was slightly complicated to arrange and not all institutions will allow apparently.

And again as I said above Canuk was good and reliable, but they seem to just buy seeds overseas and resell in NA for more money so up to you on that one. Also True North Seed Bank from what I've gathered appears to be very closely affiliated with Canuk or possibly the same thing? At the very least they share online/web databases and scripts as well as payment systems, so I'm trying them now as well but I find them a bit pricey for most things.

Also had good results with hempdepot but they seem to also carry a lot of unknown/weird stuff, I mainly stick with TGA subcool and Brothers Grimm from there myself.

I also got stuff from Jordan of the Islands, however he doesn't specify on ANYTHING if its auto or not and I had some unexpectedly go full auto since it appeared initially to be photoperiod and -everything- got seeded I'm talking male flowers out and dropping pollen in a matter of approximately 24 hours after having none visible before that and at only 7 weeks from seed under 18hrs light. I did try contacting for clarification on what was auto and all I got back was he's not currently breeding autos and to try some of his blackberry crosses, so you know... helpful.:wall: I did keep all the seeds though for future breeding experiments since it was impressively fast at developing flowers.

I've also just tried ordering with xoticseeds and waiting to see how that one pans out.

I've been trying to find more domestic sources to get original breeder packaging, so I'm following along with what everyone's been posting here.

Also I have to make a note about crap king and I had to laugh at the people who called them that, sure they deliver and all but I have to agree 100% with that statement because I have had the 'same strain' from them and from others and grew them out side by side for comparison in the past and crap kings seeds had WILDLY crazy variations between the plants, so it was clearly not stable genetics at all (if it was really even what it said?) I mean each plant had very noticeable if not extreme differences from the same pack. Also, against my better judgement I have tried some feminized seeds from them as well since their regular selection sucks, and usually even if they all sprout a taproot roughly half of them die before really doing much of anything else, just for comparison I haven't had this issue with any other source, just crap king. So whatever they are doing with their fems seems to be weakening the strength/vigour of the seeds from what I can tell. The only plant from crap king that went really well and seemed highly stable was blueberry.

Try gta seeds in Toronto I’m sure you will be happy with them. Tax included and you get the seeds in breeders pack.

Yes thanks I think I will give them a try also as far as I can tell, you have to do it all through email, no fancy automated systems.

Also order from true north seed bank came in, I just got 5 reg bubba kush and picked 2 hash passion reg freebies, which are from canuk seeds and they also put a canuk booklet in the order so affiliation of some kind confirmed.

Only odd thing is the Humboldt pack has 10 carved in the wood and x5 written over it in sharpie, not sure who did that seller or breeder?(less likely?) but wasn't expecting that nor was it mentioned anywhere soooo alright. It was still glued, which I carefully picked open to look at then left it hanging so I can easily pull the tube out again, but I assume that could of been redone by anyone too. Pic Below.

Update:

I got my order from xoticseeds but I was sent different branded/sourced seeds that were feminized i.e. not exactly what I ordered just same strain but diff source and not regular. I emailed them about this and they got back to me pretty quick and apologized with it being an error on their website and offering to swap them out for me so we'll see how that goes.

Update on this, seemed kinda weird to me how the pack was written on so I contacted Homboldt Seed Organization directly to ask them about it and sent the same photo, I got the following reply:

"We would never send this like this. I am shock to see this, as we do work with them and I guess it is time to have a talk with them.

You should ask for a replacement right away, as I have no idea why they did that."

So the opinion of True North Seed Bank is not too good at the moment but I took HSO's recommendation and asked for a replacement so we'll see.

Update:
1 pack of Bean hoarders - Mango Haze x Blueberry(regular) - Hemp Depot. - has arrived - 2 days within Canada
1 pack of Bomb Seeds - Big Bomb(regular) - True North - in processing.

Comments:
Well, this is the first time that I have used either of these seed banks. Hemp Depot smoked the competition with great service and 10 x Malberry Poison freebies. Based on what I've read I still hope True North pulls through, but it is what it is...
No breeder packs with Beanhoarders gear. I did not expect one as indicated on the Hemp Depot site.

Conclusion:
Hemp Depot: will order again - 5 stars
True North: will avoid if possible.

yes Hemp Depot was great for me as well and they mark if its in breeder packs or not, I picked up some C99 from them and got the original breeder pack as well pretty quick, I just wish they had some more variety and pure strains as I've never heard anything about most of the breeders whose seeds they carry and a lot of them are semi-random crosses.

I don't think you have to worry too much about getting your order from TNSB its just the issue of if it is what it says or has been opened or messed with it seems, since I can't know for sure someone didn't just put seeds from something else in there which defeats the point of collecting.
I sent them a second email about my experience and finally got a reply back asking for a picture of the order so still waiting to see how that goes.

If you try BC Bud Depot post about it as well, I'm really tempted to give it a chance but some people online dislike them, yet a lot of other big sellers/seedbanks are carrying seeds from BC Bud Depot even European sellers so could be worth a shot. I just did a few small orders to try some new guys, waiting for the 420 sales to come out now.

My order total was $104.35 for a total of 11 FEM seeds and a 6$ ashtray for "stealth shipping"...

Will update with germ rate.
As if you payed 6 bucks for stealth shipping ..if your in Canada you don't need stealth shipping. Might as well gave your 6 bucks to a crackhead panhandling

Elite 613 for the win ..great us breeders..he took the risk bringing across the border. .that's half the batttle.fast turn around. Great deals.

If money is an issue and you can't afford the prices for top quality gear ..then stick to bag seed..those are free lol

how do you afford to support a decent grow when you can't shell out 120 for a pack of decent regs? You can make that back from clones or a fucking branch from an outdoor plant. People are clueless and depressing.

Dude order from elite 613 genetics on IG..he does etransfer or cash. Easy .

I will say hso gave me some decent cherry og fems that yielded great..but lost a few to my partners error (lazy pick more like it)

That was 4 years ago tho.

I'm a fan of regs personally..

I've heard good and bad from bc bud Depot. Ime stay away . Do your due dilligence and order from those with good feedback. I've order overseas for years never had a parcel intercepted..

Nowadays i order from elite cuz he gets them to Canada. .and the added cost per pack pays for itself. Fast shipping. .and no worries about customs.

Just spent 1500 at elite 613 and they arrived in 3 days after payment. Didnt even ask for tracking since he's in Canada. Work smarter not harder.

I got a reply back from TNSB about taking full responsibility for the order and they are sending me two 3 packs of the same seed as replacement so +1 seed for the trouble I guess.

Also got my order from GTA seedbank, super fast, good communication and breeder packs, very happy with them!
