what you guys have to realise is that 45% of the visitors to this site are american. In england the laws are the seeds are legal to buy but illegal to germinate, however in america it is not legal at all, you can't buy them and you can't germinate them.

i alway thort the u,s was the same as the uk for seeds? but most seeds supliers will send ther seeds to the u,s? even thow thay are illegal is that rite? thanks

You can have them shipped to the US, though the seller takes no responsibility for the package. Its all on you if you get caught. I dont recall which one it is, but one of the larger sellers will actually ship them in a stealth package (a cd case or something small) to avoid any serious attention. This still doesnt make it fool proof, so if you insist on buying and having them shipped into the US then at least use a fake name on the shipping label.

Also, you might take into account what else theyre going to find if they show up at your house to investigate a few seeds...

WELL im going to say that half of you are right and wrong i live in AK and it is legal to have up to 3 plants and/or either 3-4 ounces other states might be different so al you can do is take your chances
