I have an order I placed August 6th and just received the following email from seedsman. I'm in the New England area my seeds usually ship from Maine. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same delay but figured I'd share the information.

Dear ********

We have recently been informed a shipment of orders going to the US has not arrived at the local depot. We are sending replacement orders out now and adding some extra free seeds as an apology.

We'll do all we can to get your order to you as soon as possible

Regards

Daniel @ Seedsman

I blame the USPS. I had my seeds coming from Spain held up in LA customs for 2 weeks plus then they were seized. Herbie's sent another pack and it got here a month later. I blame DeJoy, postmaster fuck-up General.

UGH just what I needed to see lol. I was randomly searching the forums because my order estimated delivery (end of the range) was two days ago and I haven't gotten any updates.

Well I'd love free seeds, just stinks- I wanted to start Cream & Cheese for my next run and I need to get that going ASAP

It may be awhile lol. The order from 8-6 just shipped yesterday but not from inside the U.S., they did provide a tracking number though. A separate order from 8-27 was also effected by the issue that delayed the 8-6 order.

I guess I can take some cuttings before I flip my current girls to flower to fill in the gap. Lilac Diesel and Birthday Banger so it's still cool... I just wanted a high CBD strain :-D

For sure- my order was placed August 24th and I still haven’t heard anything from them about it other than “on the way to your local depot, expected delivery by Sept 14th”

Probably gonna have to go by my local shop and fork out some ridiculous cash for seeds to start my next run. Already about a week into flower so I need to get them going ASAP.

Thinking Harlequin- high CBD sativa dominant but it flowers in 8-9 weeks

Great Lakes genetics, jbc, dc seed exchange, Phenohut, all American SeedBanks that you don’t have to wait for customs and they all have great selections of the highest quality genetics, if you live in the USA do yourself a favor and order from a place that can get you ur seeds in a week or less.

seedsman are going through some major hastles at the moment, i have a ticket for missing seeds, that i eventualy found in the bottom of the bubble pack bag, so no problem on there part ,but i still havent been contacted with a ticket number in order for it to be sorted or for me to tell them im ok as they were there.
you will recieve them, but whatever it is, my seeds took a week to arrive and its usualy next day.

Would do if any of those had either of the two strains I was specifically looking for but none of those had either (checked there first).

JBC has some of the Harlequin crosses but not the original strain....looking at this one for next time.

Not sure what's up with Cream & Cheese, only seems to be on seedsman.

At this point I'm focusing on 1:1 strains or close to that ratio.

They're definitely having some issues shipping, 3 days from receiving the tracking number and the "expect delivery in 5 to 25 BUSINESS DAYS" notification I had the order I placed on 8-6-2020 in hand.
The package was "stealth" shipped via Royal mail and cleared customs over that weekend.
However I'm still waiting for any new information on the order I placed on 8-27.
I know it'll arrive sooner or later, but if I needed seeds quickly I'd certainly look elsewhere.

Dynasty seems like a great choice I would like to try them in the future also.

Yea, I figured 6 weeks before I needed to plant would be plenty of time lol. I think at this point since I know a good seed option is for sale in town (even if overpriced) I'll just hold out and hope for the best. Worst case I just go and buy those on my scheduled "plant by" date.... I like to have seeds in the ground 6 weeks before my expected harvest.

YES!!!!! I just got an email from seedsman with my tracking number...and not even one of the "we've lost your shipment, here is the replacement tracking number" emails...

I guess it just got hung up in customs forever.
Yeah, customs had my seeds for a month. It took over 2 1/2 months to get an order from Herbies. Glad that is over, hopefully enough genetics to last until the USPS gets it's shit back together.

I'm really debating on having a second tent to do my own seeds for now. I want to grow a few specific strains commercially starting next year and it seems like that's the way to go? Either that or pheno hunt and grab a mother or two out of this run to do clones.
