I ordered my lens from ebay, it was like 6.99 with free shipping. I'll let you know how it works once I put her into action, the tracking says it will arrive tomorrow.

As for the Pure Gold, I'd say the buds are looking fairly dense. Pretty normal for a mainly indica plant. I'm guessing it will go about 8 weeks and like normal the buds will get fatter and prettier in the last week.

I meant to ask you before but I just got reminded looking at the original pictures of your grow. What are you using on the walls in your grow room? It looks almost like insulated radiant barrier material. Thanks

I'm not exactly sure what it is because I got it from a old time grower. It's basically just bubble wrap with mylar glued to one side. It's a little more rigid then normal bubble wrap, but the texture and style is the same.

nice whats the lens for? question on your WW. are the buds getting sticky or what the resin production like on your WW and what do they smell like?

The WWs smell alright (kind of earthy and potent, but not nearly as good as the BCs) and have pretty good resin production, I would say around average. Usually my plants gain most their res right before I chop them, so I'll let you know then how they are.

Ya, I just got it in the mail. Seems to work pretty good, it takes a little bit of getting used to though. It happens to be sturdier then I anticipated and it came in a neat little plastic case.

OHHH HAHA im stupid please excuse my ignorance i didn't realize what you meant by lens MrJoshC. but now i do i have the 420Scope its a 60X-100X ZOOM its good it works.

It's cool, I would rather have the 60-100x, but I'm a cheap bastard so I got the 30x loop.

Here are some pics, I finally learned how to make them big!

Judging by trichs everything still needs at least 1 more week and the BC at least 2 more weeks. I'm getting excited to smoke these ladies

Just for references I put the Cha-ching, small(normal?) size container in with one of the WWs. And for you SCH I put a 32oz bottle of Big Bloom with the PG so you can get an idea of its size. Also, if some buds appear blue it's because of the flash of the camera + the hps. They are not actually that color.


These are pics of the second biggest WW, I don't like moving the biggest because it's in the back and I don't want heavy branches breaking.

Looking good! I know what your saying about wanting to smoke them NOW!!!!!!!!
This current grow being only my 2nd I find it impossible not to snip off a little popcorn the last 3 weeks. I'm on day 43 and PG freebie are looking very similiar to yours. flushed today and looking forward to the buds getting a little more dense. Hopefully this grow will get me thru until 3rd grow is complete or I'll be sniping away again.


You said another week should I assume the tricks are cloudy w/some amber?

The WW and PG are mostly clear and cloudy with maybe a few amber here and there on a couple of the top buds. Since I've never gone by trichs before, I don't know how fast they go from clear->cloudy->amber, so I'm really just guessing another week.

No updates. I'm guessing you chopped a few down and have become comfortably numb.

After reading so much about trichs and differences between the high you will get given different colors and wheather it is Indica or mostly indica or sativa, I'm chopping the PG tomorrow. I have taken some popcorn off and if I let those trichs get amber, then dry and cure I won't move for awhile after smoking just a few hits. I guess I prefer sativa high but enjoy a late night Indica high as well. But I like to smoke during the day and a white to cloudy trich Indica high or an amber Sativa high is more my style .
For me It will be day 47 for chopping.

I haven't chopped yet, but I know I've been slacking a little on updates. I've been pretty busy with work and the girlfriend. My next update will come monday, probably the last one before I chop a couple plants.

Ya, I'm going to have to wait about 9 weeks too I think. They are still a ways behind the WW and PG, which I'll be cutting in about 4-7 days. Depending how these triches start looking.
