Hello to anyone who see's this. Two of my plants are 47 days (vegging 24-0) On inspection tonight I noticed white pistils emerging from the balls found at the mainstem and branch junctions as indicated in a variety of Grow Guides. They are under 24 hr light (CFL's X 10.They are 25 in. 37w with two of them being "gro and sho"with the other 8 being warm white. This gives me approx. 7500 lumens in a 2 x 2 grow area so they should be ok. My question is why did this one plant develop pistil's before flowering.

They are preflowers and show sexual maturity, given enough time they should all show sex.

white pistils are indicative of female. 2 white hairs at the crossing of stem and branch, internode.
