sexing question pics

i cant really tell what sex these are it is my first grow, just some bag seed any comments/help is appriciated. sorry for the poor pic quality i havent got a digital. The plants are about a foot and a half tall.

This is a good question. I was wondering this for my plants as well. One of my plants is 2 feet tall, very green, has many branches, a nice thick stalk, and smells awesome. I was wondering if there is a way to tell the sex of the plant without having to force them into flowering. I'd post pics, but I lost the software to my digital camera, and I'm on a new computer. =/

Ummm....yeah, I know what the difference between the male and female looks like, but what I want to know is...can you tell if the plant is male or female BEFORE going into the flowering stage?

they will preflower when reaching maturity
