Day 9!! A few pics to show how fast the growth is. Feeding them 10/5/5 - M/G/B (ml per gal) and no burn. I will be bumping up the nutes a bit in about 5 days. Peace!!

Veg tent is crammed atm. Have 18 - 2L hempys about to go into the bloom tent. 5 of the orig 10 seedlings that survived the dog n cat playing near the tent (will not happen again, I hope). Moms n Dads crammed in the right side (Dads are in the cups). Clones for either a quick end batch before seasonal veg or new moms to make tons of babies for the upcoming ODG'13. Currently drawing up the plans for a veg cab/clone cab underneath the 2x4 tent. I have about 3ft till I hit the ceiling. Perfect for 2L hempy veg/clone area. Thanks for taking a look. Peace!!

Nice one Shaggn. .. props on looking to use every available inch of area. I try and do the same. 2L's are great for giving one the flexibility to add more as space becomes free.

I really like the internode spacing on the single plant at day9. It'll be interesting seeing how she flowers.

I agree :) nice node spacing! especially for a small plant. She certainly wants to give you buds :p

I envy you for working such a busy garden!! I couldn't imagine remembering them all!

so whats this now, around 55 X 2L?
Close, 57. Wanted to do 60 but something else came up. Will play with the numbers to figure out what will work best for this set-up. Some variation is inevitable as the cool-tube is a cheapy. I plan on buying the 6" Block Buster as I heard it is a top notch hood. Same with upgrading the tent to a gorilla tent (think thats what it's called) soppused to be really good with an extendable ceiling. Thanks for stopp'n in Moe :)

Edit: I know a 4x4 can be crammed with approx 144 (12 x 12) but I really think that would hurt my final outcome. I think anywhere between 64 (8x8) - 81 (9x9). Leaning more to the lower side tho. Like I said tho, with a better hod, might be able to squeeze more w/o a loss. We will see.. :)

From what I see online the 'Gorilla' tent is the best. ... If I had the space I would surely covet one. Unless you plan on growing trees though you might not use the extra height bit though.

I just had a look at the reflector you mentioned. Its a extra wide one. .... I like them, it does allow you to get the reflector closer to the canopy because the light is more spread out, covering a wider area. This is fantastic in 2L SOG, where a wide horizontal light profile is best. :peace:

For the tent. I wouldn't be growing trees, but it would be nice to have the extra head room for the added heat. Gets pretty hot here in the summer. Would still need an ac, but if I only needed a small one because of the extra room in the tent, bonus. I try to utilize everything to the fullest = Class A personality. I've broken stuff that worked fine because of it, been working on my flaw tho lol.

Exactly, perfect hood for a 4x4 tent imo. Oh and the other reason for that tent with the roof extensions. So I can easily drain my hempys run-off with a false floor under the trays :) Would only raise it up a ft or so, but would help tons at this point lol.

Just took a second look and comparing the 6" Blockbuster with the 6" Magnum XXXL.

Magnum XXXL - 32.5"l x 26.25"w x 7.75"h

6" BlockBuster - 26"l x 26"w x 9.75"h

Just another option for you to consider. :eyesmoke:

True. Good point. Actually, I would raise them to waist height and have them drain into a bucket.... or better still, drain straight into the bathroom waste.

I really want one now. But they are very expensive.

Damn that is one packed flowering room you got there man i cant wait to see it in full bloom, did you say you have that pink strain that you almost lost in there, the pics you had of that were beautiful. I have also considered building a false floor drainage system to catch the run off but it seems like a it would be quite a pain in the ass to set up to work with my crates it sounds like it would be perfect in a set up like yours though, i so wish that raptor xxxl magnum reflector was just as inch thinner it seems like it would be the perfect reflector for a rectangular closet like mine...

In 2 weeks it will be really packed. Once the newbs get most of their stretch done. I'm sure the pink is in there but i'm not sure if I will be able to bring her out in a hempy. Only spot where she would show her true colors was outside in natural soil (amended ofcourse). I grew her in some Pro-mix BX indoors and she didn't show her colors, not even a little bit. Figure it could be something in the soil but not sure. Have been doing some reading trying to find out what it could be, that sets her off. We will find out tho!! I will be dropping the temps down further into the bloom phase :) Peace!!

Thx for subb'n Sky!!

Day 14!! I'm still amazed at how fast these hempies are growing. One week to go till I de-foliar a few. Plan on doing a couple of each pheno and the rest stay natural with leaf tucking as needed. Reason being I have no clue how each pheno will react to extensive leaf removal. Peace!!
