Shaggy340 150 hps grow

yeah the flowering phase takes a little bit to start once you switch the light cycle. And I forgot got to mention I'm getting a 400 watt digtal apollo horticulture hps/mh ballast my mom loves me and gave me the money for the ballast now just have to come up with 40 bucks for the reflector and hps bulb lol.
Shaggy, I'd stay away from Appollo products. Customers have stated that their ballast melted, reflector problems, and other shit. I almost bought one myself, but decided to go with ipower 400w hps/mh digital for the same price, but better rating. Mine is on crop 3 and Zero problems / Great Lamp -

no problems with it so far and the reflector I got was well put together I did my research on all digtal ballast and some are just bad from the factory qc issue's but my apollo ballast seems pretty well built been running close to 2 months now.

Glad it's working for you bro ! Keep us posted :joint:
yup will do I think ipower/apollo are probaly made in the same factory. once this plant is done I'm starting some seeds for my summer outdoor using regular seeds I like them because them I get pollen to play with so then I will be running it 18 hours a day I got the ipower bulbs because I heard apollo bulbs suck and there mh was 4100k so I got the ipower mh because it was 6500k.

My ipower bulbs are pretty decent. the HPS is also 4100K and I believe the MH is 6500K as well. I was thinking of getting a "true-blue" aquarium 400w MH bulb because of it's intense blue and violet rays (i forget the exact spectrum), but it's Much richer in the blue-violet spectrum than standard bulbs. Maybe I'll play around with a new MH bulb sometime in the future, rt now both my bulbs are new and ready to GO! - I'm using my HPS on the current crop, but I may change to the MH soon and see how the plants like it. I've heard many accounts where people grew under only HPS, and then switched to MH and said they will never go back. Supposed to increase bud density as well as resin - (this is an ongoing debate, with many who support using MH from seed to finish). Happy growing :leaf:

id chop it now if you don't want couch lock lol
well actually I chopped the top bud just now and I'm going to let the bottom keep going because it hasn't filled out yet but by the time it does it will cause some couch lock for sure by the time it gets done because there's like a few amber but it's 98 percent cloudy trichromes.

Ok here's a pic of a nug still haven't weight it yet still curing and I started some mastodon and cindys blue cheese seeds 3 of each on the 1st they all cracked their shells and showed their tap root on the 2nd so I put them in some jiffy seed starting mix and they all came up today other than the one cindys blue cheese that popped up yesterday so I will be growing four plants outdoors.

ok so here's a pic of most of the bud from my grow 14 grams right there but I smoked a few grams lol. And my new seedlings hit a week old today doing great and loving the jiffy seed starting mix going to wait to transplant until a good solid root ball is formed and then they will probably stay in 1 gallon pots until it's time for they to go into the ground in the great outdoors were they are meant to be have a good day all.
