She could look better

Its about 2 months old in 5gallon DWC. Ppm is about 1000. Ph is 6.4 (which is a bit high). Been using floranova bloom. Temps about 80F. Strain is blu haze from ILGM.
She has been this way for about 2weeks. It’s not getting worse but it’s not getting better.

It’s tap water.ppm Is the same as tds...that’s listed above. The ph is what the meter said when I tested the water. As far as flora nova bloom several members on here have used this method successfully so I’m trying it. Are you trying to help or....??

no you didn't mention water ppm before nutes added?

Did I say something to make you think I'm not trying to help? Part of help is gaining info and responding, to figure out about your grow, and part of that requires asking questions when info is not provided?

Yes I was trying to help? But if you don't see that then I guess .. oh well ...

That’s cool if you trying to help. I’m on here a lot and members are condescending so I wanted to be clear. Peace. And apologies if I was brash.I really try not to ask a lot of questions but I’m just trying to grow my meds.
The ppm right outta the tap is about 175. (I’ll double check) I’ll lower the ph and ppm (700 was suggested) & give it a few days. Whatever insight you have is appreciated.

ph is to high which can cause a bit of a lockout of other micro nutes...especially soiless., which is showing as a deficiency. Ph should be 5.8

High @Greens2000

Take it from a guy who invented DWC for himself in 2001. Use RO or distilled water for your grows. I can do the whole grow from clone to harvest without ever changing nutes but try to do one complete change after the stretch so I can feed Lucas Formula style to the end.

I'm not saying I invented DWC but I came up with the idea on my own at the time from hints in a book about gardening and the floating gardens the Maya used to use. Had no internet and even Ed Rosenthal didn't think my idea would work when I wrote in to CC magazine to ask in his column. Works great but I use RubberMaid tubs so I have up to 50L in the tank and very little movement of pH or ppm over a period of days compared to pails. Pails are fine for RDWC but a hassle for stand-alone units. I've done about 50 grows in tubs so far but playing around with breeding so doing that in pots of ProMix HP the last couple years.

Are you only using the FloraNova Bloom? The Grow should be used in veg with some of the Bloom I believe tho I use AN 3-part and not all that familiar with the FloraNova line which is only 2-part I believe. Even at the GH site I can't find details of what all is in the various nutes which is another reason I hate GH. GH has always denied that they make their nutes for pot growers and would hang up on people if the mentioned pot when calling for info. Now they are owned by Scotts/Monsanto/Bayer there's 3 more reasons to hate their stuff. lol

Your plants look like you had some burn going on but also seem to be missing some nutrients like Mg.

I just checked out their feed charts and you need more than just the Bloom and even the Grow. The charts list a few other things that combined would give the full amount of nutrients that the plants need to grow well. If you want to stick with the GH line you should get the 3-part and whatever they use for a bloom booster to have a better outcome and also use RO water. The AN 3-part doesn't cost any more than the GH and uses the pH Perfect tech so you never have to worry about pH and will in fact mess up the grow if you try adding pH Up or Down to the nutes. I bought gallon jugs of the AN 4 years ago for $40 each so when I hear some hater whining about how expensive AN is I laugh. The supplements are high priced but you don't need hardly any of them. I just get Big Bud for my bloom booster and a small Rhino Skin for some silica. Any old CalMag will work and some Epsom Salts are handy. Guaranteed good results in hydro or soilless growing and never have to check pH which is so much nicer than worrying about that.

If you don't have Grow then you need to get some or invest in a good 3-part line to have better control of what you feed your plants.

Good luck and good growing!

:peace:

Ha. Ok. It’s my first go with them so we’ll see.
Im just now really trying custom genetics.
I give ilgm a hard time, there kinda pretentious, they got a couple good strains tho. The gold leaf is stable and a decent smoke. There are just better out there. RQS, Rare dankness, just to name a couple. Hell, I even get some from seedsman occasionally that are fire! Ilgm just has everyone convinced that have the quality that commands a premium price and it just aint true. They got a nice helpful forum tho, good guys and gals on there.

Thanks bro. I got FF trio and calimagic. I ll experiment. I been thinking about AN so I’ll try that soon. I don’t do RDWC cause I always have different stuff growing. Peace.
