I cannot figure it out but my other female plant had stem bore worms and they don’t allow water to flow up to the plant and it looked similar but I cannot find where they bored in or if that’s even the case…. None of my other plants have this issue! My buds also aren’t filling out like they should be! Going to chop it tomorrow and look for an answer I will update if I find anything!

i bet when you pull it the roots are brown and mushy.
