Do you understand the foreclosure process??? It is typically pretty lengthy requiring written notice be placed upon the property.
I just did an inspection for people who were renting a house that was suddenly under a foreclosure notice. They put the paperwork right on the house....
So, why did the 90 year old ignore all the paperwork???
