Gotcha..

I'd recommend backing off the jacks and doing a K booster now, it's not too late now that she's in full flower mode. Your plant doesn't need anymore N or P at this time, what's left in the soil is plenty. Continuing it throughout your grow may keep your leaves nice and dark green but it will cause your final product to be very harsh and does nothing for the flowers.

Potassium is what you want to focus on during flowering as this produces higher quality buds (trichs are where the magic is-the more trichs, the more medicine). I had really good success with Humboldt's Snowstorm Ultra years ago, the ratio on that is 0-0-3. You don't have to spend a fortune, should be able to pick up a bag at the local hardware store or Lowe's for under ten bucks ;)

Id only added the jacks because prior the soil had several heirloom tomato plants that im sure ate alot of the orig nutes macros etc. So i reamended with high numbers mid grow and got away with it this time. Normally id just hit em with a 5-6-7 K BAT guano tea during flower but i need more. Thankyou.

yea though yours really will be try again in 3

see what they look like
Aight thanks for input. I did some research and looked at 3 seed companies estimate and a hand full of grows that were done in past. Average harvest is between 70-85 days from seed and I'm on 88 so another 3 weeks puts me 109 days that considerably longer. A few grows i saw were soil So I thought forsure DWC would be faster. I guess I fucked up somewhere along the line. O well atleast there healthy I guess

I've been wanting to switch to new brand of Nutes for next grow and saw you talking about jacks and I've heard good things about them. Are you pretty familiar with their products ? If so do you have a recommendation on which of their products to use for hydro? And would I need to use some additives or boosters as well ?

I have used the Jacks all purpose before, it's good stuff. I wouldn't use it on hydro though, we use GH (General Hydroponics) with great results, its a 3 part system (FloraMicro, FloraGro and FloraBloom) that automatically buffers to the proper pH. You'd also want to have some Cal Mag on hand to prevent deficiencies that may arise, we add it to every bucket and adjust if needed. A pH pen and a tds/ppm meter would be necessary to monitor your water quality, you can pick both of those up on ebay for under ten bucks each.

As far as bloom boosters go, that's entirely a personal choice. Cat likes the old Hammerhead PK 9-18, but they don't make that formula anymore so we decided to try the Humboldt's big up powder but weren't very impressed with it. Most commercial applications are overpriced, we didn't use any on our last plant and still harvested nearly a pound of very dense and sticky buds. We're actually going to be mixing our own for the next grow, I'll be sure and post our ratios and results when we do.

Hydro is going to run slightly more expensive than soil but you'll harvest more quality product and results you'll never get in soil. You should check out our grow thread (link in my signature) and see for yourself :)
