shipping weed I want a straight answer

K so i'd advise against it all together...but if you have to don't ship it USPS, they have time to look for stuff. If you ship it UPS or Fedex they move so fast they don't have time to worry about anything, i used to work for one of them and we would unload a truck full of next day air pacckages (approx 300-400 packages) in around 5 min, on the rare occasion that we would smell pot we didn't have time to figure out which one it was, nor did anyone care..unless they were trying to snag it.... but yea, package it well you'll probably be fine....just don't make it a habit. just avoid the USPS like the a sickness

ya when my 2 zones got caught i used usps i will never again use then they have postal agents that look for that shit, my mom said.(she use to work at the hub) but ya in couple days ill find out i sent mine 2 day ground bc they ups and fed ex and dhl use commercial airlines which have xrays and occasinally dogs, so im seein if ground shippin is better jus goin to the hub, well we will find oout bout my packages

i jus had badluck last time with teh dog catchin my chron jus in a tupperware wrapped in shirts haha

take a giant jar of peanut butter, scoop out center, fill with weed and cover back up, put in box and ship it OVERNIGHT through fedex... they are to worried about getting the package delivered on time to check whats inside

I used to get thru the standard mail system, 'hydro' from Canada up till late last year! it came in a bogus company envelope. it was food-sealed in that plastic baggie thing(yeah it really does work) and stapled inside a folded piece of cardboard ( of all things, but hey it worked!). this was last year and the year before so it's definitely after 9/11!
apparently, little envelopes are never x-rayed but the bigger boxes always are, so you should be safe with a couple of small envelopes.

someone must be I got it for a year and a half before he stopped sending it. to a p.o. box, but he still sent it.

thanx to everyone, I know it is a bad idea to do it, but if it works it will be amazing. The person growing in new york has a great place and no worries, plus they know what they are doing where as i am a noob, so my only problem would be getting the bud to south florida where i live. Hence the question. I think if i end up doing it I will get a vaccum sealer bag (food saver right?) and incase it in two boxes or something hard and make two shipments of 2-3 ounces at most ( depends on what is yielded) No return address, ship it to a p.o box and write someone else name inside the package (like a card) so I can say someone was using me as bait or something just incase.

Its funny, i was trying to give him some advice because i remember scouring the net for advice with the same situation. Stop being a fucking douchebag and realize im just trying to help this guy out with my own experiences. (and i didnt want to fucking post them on the net either.)

I am a college student and i have successfully sent many many packages to myself over breaks.

this past spring break the package didnt make it and i got a call from the DEA/Federal postal inspection services headquarters saying if i didnt give them permission to open it they would get a warrant anyway. It was a big fucking mess and easily one of the scariest moments of my life. It was just an oz and a digi scale - but that made things alot more complicated.

so you can go choke on a fucking dick johnny!

Edit : i used double vac seal AND put it in peanut butter. It is really all about luck because when they are shipping they use different airplanes to overnight the package. depending on whats going on at the air port it could be on any air carriers flight and because of hieghtened terror laws, you never know what will happen

Think about x rays, not just smell. i think thats what happened with me.

Also - dont put no return address dude, you need to put a return address - just someone elses. They check the addresses to make sure they exist and they have a list of things that throw "red flags" in their system, such as excessively heavy taping around the edges of the box with alot of brown paper wrapping, NO RETURN ADDRESS/NONEXISTANT RETURN ADDRESS, a far different zip code on the return address than the post office it is dropped off at, etc.

if your going to put other shit in the box, make sure it cant be traced back to you at all, so buy everything with cash and use gloves for everything...

why would anyone ever ship a scale with weed? that makes absolutely no sense

1. Definitely use a Food Saver vacuum sealer.

2. Put the pot into a regular plastic baggie and leave a little air in it so the buds won't be crushed by the food sealer bags. Use two food sealer bags. Vacuum the first one ... then vacuum the first one inside second one.

3. Use two fabric softener dryer sheets between the two sealed bags.

4. Get the free "Priority Mail" boxes from your post office.

5. Pack bubble wrap around the sealed pot so it doesn't move around in the box.

6. Get the name and address of a local church and use that as your return addy.

7. Don't use any tape on the outside of the box ... just seal it with the what's provided on the box.

8. Use the USPS stick-on mailing label.

9. Send the package "Priority Mail." It will get to your destination in two days ... three max.

10. Hand it to the post office clerk and let him/her determine the postage amount.

11. Don't look like a shifty character.

PS: I wouldn't send all seven ounces at once. I'd not exceed an ounce or two at a time.

PSPS: All the above information came from a converstation I overheard between to shifty-eyed, Birkenstock-wearing, highly tattooed characters sitting at the table next to me at the local In-N-Out burger place. I think they may have been hippies.

Ok guys I know im new here but I recently got some weed from Africa i got 3 KILOS, the were not vaccum sealed just put in a brown bag, the brown bag was wrapped in a plastic wrap type material, and placed in a box and shipped to me.. made it threw customs and everything so i think its all about luck..
and you guys are probably wondering why I would buy weed from africa?? well cause I pay less than 350 a kilo and sell it for 700 a pound so it works out great.. I got those 3 kilos for $1000 not the best weed but does get me stoned so its all good

I know of someone who get half pounds shipped from cali in bags of mixed nuts....lol.....this has been going on for a few years once or twice a month.....

It works. My friend sent me 10 grams once and he put it in a ziplock bag than put that ziplock bag in another 6 ziplock bags he than bought some peanut butter and put that bag inside of the peanut butter than he put the peanut butter jar into another 5 ziplock bags than wraped it as a present and i received it done it 4 times now.

Heres what a buddy of mine does, he Tripple vacuum seals it (no smell), then he wraps it in some sort of carbon fiber cloth s(o in case its x-rayed it only appears to be an empty box) then he ships it via fedex overnight, aparently its a private company so it doesnt have to go threw all that public mail screening and shit. Then again he has something to do with the company fedex and he ships them as office supplies to his bro and he brings them up to my buddys and me (usually med grade shit). This guy literally has cops on his payroll hes so high up.

step one, cram all the buds inside a paper towel tube.
step two, forcefully cram the paper towel tube up your ass.
Step three, think about what life would be like in prison (if you need to, wipe tears the tears off your face caused by your torn rectum tissue)
Step four, pull tube and bud out. hold out in front of you and ask yourself "do I really want to ruin my life for 6 ounces of plant material?"

If the answer is yes, my life is worth less than $1500, then re-insert weed in rectum and go buy a bus ticket.
