Ever had goat chili? It is the best. Was at a Mexican wedding and this was one of the dishes at the reception...laid on a corn tortilla with a few roasted jalapenos on the side.....fucking ambrosia

I just spent about 4 or 5 hours this evening making a Lamb shank Nihari for xmas eve lunch with all massalas made from scratch with a lamb i killed, gutted and skinned the day before yesterday. I had to wait til yesterday for the carcass to cool down so i could butcher it up. The lamb was grown in the best pastures Portugal has to offer. I doubt i could have gotten any fresher lamb meat.View attachment 2939246
