Short rider question, input appreciated!

Hi, I have a 17 day old short rider growing in a small cad under 225ws of cfl, she's about 10 inches across but only 4-5 inches tall. Is that normal? it's my first grow.

Looks good to me I wouldn't worry.

I think the "short" in short rider refers (reefers?) to its short harvest time and not so much its height. She's stocky as fuck but started curling upowards so I backed my lights off an inch or two.
