Just finishing up week 7 and finding what Im assuming is WPM.... on 1 of 4 of my plants. It was closest to one of my intake ports that intakes fresh air from outside20200731_122254.jpg20200731_122238.jpg20200731_122305.jpg

I was hoping it could be salvaged, but im thinkin I should just cut my losses before I lose the whole crop.... Its a Watermelon Gelato (Watermelon Zkittlez X Gelato)... got 2 additional blueberry muffin plants that are looking good, but in proximity to the WPM

tough choice, but should I chop and trash? shes lookin SO frosty, loud and sticky as all hell...

running a dehu now to keep RH low, but still getting things dialed in

Hard to tell from the pics but it looks more like bud rot that powdery mildew. Bud rot starts out white like that and them turns the buds black. It will start affecting the other plants in short order. You always notice it on the biggest colas first. Get a second opinion to confirm its bud rot. If it is you have to harvest asap and cut off all the bad parts before curing.

i did some research and im still leaning towards WPM over budrot. looked to be mainly on the leaves and not really in between the buds.

did a thorough check of all other plants and they looked good. Might have to just chop a tad early to ease my mind... based on the lack of white hairs, id be this gal was just about ready... such a bummer

Well ain't that friggin depressing. I have never had that shit before, must be a climate thing. I have had plenty of bud rot and never noticed any white stuff. bummer.
