Should I dry the bud all myself?

Hi, long story short I partnered with some one this year, first time growing on a couple of things and were almost finished. Now I partnered because other guy provided the genetics and girls at the start.

Now we are almost done and originally the idea was at the end we would all split it up and he would dry/cure them and get it back to me, but knowing human nature and the fact he can always get away with lying in the last step of the game I think I may just take my whole portion right when we harvest and do it all myself.


Do you think with a tent I will be able to pull it off just fine with a tent and fresh air? Should I just do the whole drying process myself to avoid any potential fucking over?


I feel like I wouldn't get fucked over cause of how much work I did and being I was the main person in this but it just seems smarter if I just take my portion from the start and leave at that?


What you all think? Does that sound like the smartest idea to dry my portion myself?


Also one last question is there anything I can buy to make the drying process smooth, are there any portable carbon filters or anything like that or is a fan all you really need?

Don't let him think he deserves anymore than 50%, but you shouldn't dick him either. Frankly he got the better deal but that's not the point. You agreed to split it. I agree that you should just take half of it and go your own ways. Why would he need all the weed if he was just gonna give it back to you?

True. Yes we already have all our agreements made from when we started it. It was me, him and someone else who brought the whole thing together but didnt do a damn thing btw - so of course the third guy I would never do anything with again, but it's fair for this time.

Originally with the other guy we planned that he would dry it all and then split it up and give us all our portions, he gets a little bit more because he paid for them and then me and other guy 50/50 but yeah all I was saying with this thread is that I realized I may as well just dry it all by myself and we split it up right after harvest and go on our ways. So yes I guess that is probably what we are going to do. Sounds like the best idea to me.

Word man. The other guy did start out all the stuff in the beginning before transferring them here but I only partnered cause I didn't realize how easily everything can be done, now that I know next time I am doing it 100% solo.

What about the electric bill?

Outdoors so no electric bill, I did use a lot of gas though to get to the spot. Almost finished. He understands I put in most of the effort and time though. once we harvest were just gonna split up our portion and go our ways.

Nah bro i would not trust him to dry all the weed then give you your half back. Just half it after you harvest and do it yourself. Your deff in the right place to learn how. Or try and trade some of your buds or some cash for some seeds. If he's got good seeds and you can get them from him no reason to order online. All you need is one female to create lots and lots of babies! Happy 420!
