ok so its been a few days since i topped the one on the left and i fimed the two on the right not to long before. i want to start flowering cuz theyre getting to tall. how long should i wait for them to recover from being chopped for it to not negatively affect my yeild? there over a foot and i have six of them. the other three i didnt mess with cuz they are shorter. how much do you think my yeild will be under a 4ft 54w t5 with side floros? assuming theyre all female. enough to get by till the next grow. also, im just going to use the same lights im using to flower a mix of 6500 and 2300k. will they fill out a bit they look a bit thin. they had a rough start.. they look much better. ive been using MG.

So, how long do i wait to flower after fiming and topping? which i think i did a bit late.
oh and theys on day 35. i can go as high as like six or seven feet but i would rather keep them smaller because im assuming the bigger the smellier and i want to keep the smell down. thanks for reading. sorry for image quality.

after topping you want to wait a week or two for the plant to start growing good again. But you need more light closer to the plants. those poor things are stretching like crazy trying to find the light.

When they get new growth,
wait a little be to they get a decent baby size,
and then your free to do.
As long as its growth is going,
thens its not stressed from the loss anymore.
Looking good man,
Happy Growing.

Edit:
And is that a spiderweb?
Lol.

its light reflecting off tape on the wall.. the light is always about an inch away. i donno why they stretched so much i had to move the light every day or they would burn. they actually grew into the light and u can see heat stress.

just one 4ft t5. it is a cfl i thought. i got it from the hydro store it was 45$ lady recomemded two but i could only get one. called sunblaster high output. its very bright its hurts my eyes to look at. two side lighting cfls one 42w and another 23w. need more lights up top you say?

i never flower a clone before 7 node and a seedling before preflower so my answer is no wait, add more cfl curly bulbs as you can keep um close no t5 arnt cfl there fl not compact, just flouresent lighting. like NOB said need an 8 tube t5 thats 4 feet long for any result in flower, but you still beter of than peeps with leds so there a positive side here. go grow some good meds.

yes, you need a lot more. 1 is not enough. 8 tubes for the top at least.

Wowsers! That is a lot that would cost me 400$ i might as well get a real light if im going to spend that much. I did a lot of research before i bought my light and i came to the conclusion that t5's are best if using floros. i also got it from the hydroponic store so im assuming its good. i just said i need a light and she handed that but said i should get two. i thought she just wanted me to buy more stuff...

on a side note, my topped plant seems to be recovering much faster than the fimmed plants which im not sure how they will turn out where i fimmed them.

t5's are the best flourescent for growing. but you have to use a LOT of them so they are nowhere near as cost efficient as cfl's or hid lighting. You can buy a whole bunch of cfl's and use them in conjunction with your t5 or buy a hps which would be the best option. You have to get more light though or you are just wasting your time.
