Should I harvest?

Hello Guys ! I'm a new french grower ! I planted this one with seed I got in my friend's weed and have no idea which strains this is.

And the big question is : should I harvest? I know I should look for amber color trichomes, and I don't see any but all the pistils are brown already on this plant. Also one of the bud has a few tiny leaves dying, is it a sign of potential moulding?

Finally I didn't do a proper flushing yet (I mean I did it few hours ago) so I'm tempted to leave it a few days but in the same time I don't want to ruin anything or let mould well ... ruin everything ! The leaves are starting to be yellow so the plants is already getting nutes from itself ...

Well if the plant is at risk, ready or not ...

how many leaves are turning yellow?
what are you feeding her and how offten?

I would say 5 to 10% of the leaves
Feeding them Biobizz Bloom and top max, every time I water them. like ... Twice a week, when the soil is dry. I noticed the room where I put them at night to get a full dark night is 65% humidity, I'm afraid it has mould but how to be sure?

Also I removed some buds that looked not so great looking, and broke them down. Is this mould ? It still smells very good so I really can't say ..

Looks like bud rot to me just based on stuff I've seen on here. But I'd let an expert chime in lol.
