Should I keep her? now in week 5...

Hey guys,

I am still having trouble with this little lady, I am at a loss what is happening with her. I over did it with the nutes so I flushed her ( as suggested) and fed her this morning but i am unsure what to do. I have asked before on here a couple of times and was hoping after flush she will be showing signs of bud site growth but not much happening there.
I don't want to annoy anyone with the same problem as before but like i said i am at a loss. The other one is doing great tho but I am a little worried she has changed or in the middle of changing and might contaminate the other one with pollen.
  • Now week 5 growing in coco pro plus from seed
  • Blueberry cheese auto on LED 24/0 hours
  • Feed - Canna a & b - 0.5ml per ltr - fed today (4 days after flush)
  • PH 5.8 run off 5.8
Any suggestions would be great but i don't have too much hope for her, should i get rid of her to be on the safe side or am i wrong guys?

Thanks in advance ;)

I'd let her go.
Just me - I believe plants need to rest & suspect the stress me be related to the 24/7 light

Good luck
Hey Hugo, thanks for the reply, "let her go" as in keep or discard? What are you thinking like 18/6?

As a auto i would have thought at week 5 she would be going into flower like the other one i have which is the same age. at week 10 what would you expect to see 1/2 size buds and needing a little longer? but as an auto i was told after 12 weeks that's it. I don't really have much experience with auto's but online mostly says the same thing. If i flushed with canna flush do it kinda "reset" the timer back to week x? i wouldn't have thought so but if you never ask you never know.

The other one which seems really healthy has the strangest growth and is growing a full set of leaves then another set of leaves below and another one again any ideas what this is? - never had it with any of my other non auto fem seeds.
Cheers Hugo!

Definitely keep.
18/6 sure
Stress may have delayed maturity, & no 2 plants are exactly the same
My autos will be 6 weeks tomorrow & no pre-flowers yet, no concern here. (mind you this is my first auto grow)
"12 weeks" is a guideline, not a fact, a lot of breeders say shit that's just hype.
No way to "reset" as far a I know, but I've heard/read that auto's will veg longer if there's extra room for the roots.
I'm testing this by using 25 gallon & 10 gallon pots
Again, my 2 cents - invest in a full spectrum light rather that blurples

Thanks for the info Hugo, if you don't mind me asking what schedule are your auto's on? I was getting very nervous especially when they are both the same and one is further along than the other but yes, no 2 seeds are the same. I got mine in 15ltr pots i am no good at converting into us gallons lol roots are just about 3/4 down at the moment.

The LED i got is a full spectrum i can flip a switch to turn them into "white" and another to turn the "red" one. When i got the LED i asked the manufacturer will it make any difference if i left both on he said yes and will increase yield up to 30% extra, Have you heard of this?

Good Morning j

My Autos are outdoors, had a disaster last autumn when the cold wet windy weather caused powdery mildew and bud rot, so hopefully they'll be done before then.
15l is apx 3.75 gal. They look bigger in the pics.
I've heard about the "switchable" lights, no experience with them so no opinion.

Have fun

Morning Hugo, hope all is good!

(You in Canada?) I wish I could grow outside but the weather is not very clever and i think they would struggle here and even if she did manage to make it somehow I think the whole street would be helping the self's :weed:.

I Would be devastated putting so much effort into the girls and having mother nature ruin them! Wow, so my pots are nothing compared to yours, I am going to go for 10 gal next time. I did a conversion on google last night and it did say about 3.75 gal and i was like no that can't be right (clearly I was wrong lol) I will let you know how i get on if you like with the led's as this is my first with this one.
how long have you got left on your auto's now and what strain?

I followed your advice - lights out at 13:00 and back on 19:00 i think you are right they do need a little rest, i can not believe that there are so many different opinions re auto's resting for a couple of hours or on for 24 hours, it is silly and confusing lol.

Love Robin Williams!!! Great quote!!

Have a great day mate!

You in Canada?
Yes - East Coast, farm country, great neighbours & a backyard that gets full sun all day.

Don't know how long left, but they're 6 weeks old, Pineapple Muffin. I chose that strain because it's mold resistant.

Pic from last week, they'll stay here till done....August hopefully.

From yesterday, no pre-flower yet & stipules are just starting(don't know if it means anything)
