Hey guys,

This is my mystery bag seed plant, it's close to 4 weeks old.

I just noticed a root is exposed at one of the drain holes, so should I re-pot now, or wait another couple of weeks?

Thanks, I might wait another week for the roots to grab onto the medium before I do it.

could the exposed root cuase problems?

I would transplant if the root is coming out the bottom since roots hate light, just wait until the soil i almost completely dry ,grab the base of the stalk and slowly pull out.

ok will do, cheers.

so I should wait until dry? I was always under the impression to do it when moit so the medium sticks to the roots.

naw do it when its almost dry completely it will hold on,trust me i transplanted 5 clones about a week ago and didn't follow my own advice and got soil everywhere and ripped some roots, when i did it dry all the contents of the pot stayed intact and came right out plus it will be lighter.

Just DO it. Wet, dry. Just don't be a klutz about it. If she's wet you're going to be breaking up any root masses to free them before dropping her in the hole so off goes the wet dirt. And they are roots not the spinal cord of a human. Run with the big dogs or pee like a puppy.

Yeah she's now in a much larger pot, I dont wont to have to do another re-pot.

I'm doing a personal test, one side of my grow room is using a hydro set up with a huge res for the roots. on the othe side im using pots.
The further I get into this grow the more im leaning towards the hydro set up, fuck pots!
