Should I remove my fan leaves?

I have two plants growing very well. They are in flower 12/12 with cfl. Some of my lights do not reach the lower portions of the plant but it is producing buds down there. The buds are covered by the larger fan leafs and I was wondering if it would hurt to remove them to allow for the lower buds to get light. I was thinking of placing more bulbs in those sections but I'm not looking to fill the room up with a zillion lights. It's already a little bit of a pain to move the stuff around to care for the plants. Thanks,,

your sun leaves, no you SHOULDN'T remove them, but you can Low Stress Train them, (Tie them down) to position them so light gets inside better.. if you have done everything you can.. i dunno, you could probably remove a couple sun leaves.. but they do most of the work for the plant collecting light and coverting it etc..
i dunno really, i'd avoid it if you can.
