Should my buds be doing this?

Arround 11 week into flower, and i've noticed the buds seem to be growing like extra bud on the very top like a point of new growth on the very top of the buds, you can see in the pics, is this normal as i didn't see this happen with my first grow?

I THINK it has to do something with your light... What strain are you growing? Looks like a hardcore sativa.
 
Both grows bagseed but both sativa dominant, but my first grow was grown in the exact same place under the same conditions and there were no probs at all like this hmmmm
 
Some strains have done that to me close to harvest... I haven't figured out any specific reason for it, but who cares- it's free bud ;)

Yea lol, just making sure its not a symptom of light leakage or something like that, if yours have done that and its not caused any probs then ive no need to worry, thanks GT :leaf:
