Should You Have Light On Your Clones Or No?

alright well i have heard of people covering there clones from light untill the have roots all they do is mist them. Can you root a clone without light?.. THANKS..

no they are plants not mushrooms.

alright what is the best light schedule for non-rooted clones 18-6 or 24-0 cuz i heard roots grow in the dark period not sure if this is correct or not lol

18/6 works always for me

both will work,im not sure whats best.

who grows clones with no light? That wont work. I have found 24 hours of light using florescent shop lights works best and roots faster along with powders working much better then cloning gels

i find it better to just have em near a window,,not in direct light,,but in light,,keep water moist,,and mist lightly a couple times daily,,good luck

I have always just used powder and put them in 24/0 for about a month. My clones have always done good and have never lost one.
