I couldn't care about your opinion. Even if what you say is true and I won't waste my time to figure it out. But how could coming here and posting make you look good or solve anything? So why do it? Go do what ever it is you do because we'd all be better off if you just went back to were you were before this thread was started.
Man shut the hell
Shits old now

Homebrew...I ordered the hydro-logic 200. Looks to take up alot less space than a under sink unit. Appreciate the recommendation. Now I believe you were confident in not using a cal-mag supplement when using DG. Is this correct? quite excited to be rid of this strange unsolvable issue after all these years. Thanks again bro.
No additional calcium or magnesium is needed. Pretty much any food on the market that already supplies cal and mag does not need supplementation.

Well how does the DG compare to Maxi? That's what I currently run, Lucas Formula, In Hempy. My tap is 440 ppm 7.0 out the faucet so I don't ever use anything for veg beside that and Silicia. But for Bloom, maxi has done well, even though it's a little annoying to dissolve the powder. I also ran KoolBloom the liquid but I have stopped for a bit and don't honestly see much difference lol

I like Maxigro's NPK content at 10-5-14. That's what I'd use start to finish.

I looked up the Dyna Gro Grow....that seems like an obscene amount of Phosphorous, no?
That amount of P is not needed but it will not cause issues. I don't know if DG thinks Grow offers something that their Foliage Pro doesn't or if the 7-9-5 formula was created out of consumer demand.

Homebrew, what are your experiences with ppm drop during the week? How far would you let it go until you either raised the ec or added back nutes? A fresh ro res at 900 ppm in week 3 is dropping by 50ppm per day over here. Thanks

As long as you're keeping your plants green during flower, what you're doing sounds fine. I happen to use FP all the way through but I'm in promix.

No calmag needed.

Your plants look good now so whatever you've been doing up to this point, keep doing that.

In promix a humic/fulvic/sea kelp additive can be beneficial.

Hey Homebrewer,

I also joined roll it up because of your postings. I think you have really broken the way I think about gardening. I used to buy into a lot of the hype and thought there was some expensive thing to buy that would grow me top shelf buds, but you have definitely unplugged me from that matrix. Lol.

Getting back to my roots, I'm using up the last of my gallon jugs of HG Aqua Flakes, GH flora micro/bloom and want to move to Dyna-Gro. My question is what do you recommend as additives for Hydro? Specifically rock wool - ebb and flow, I would think from your posting's Protekt, Diamond nectar and maybe Floralicious +? Am I missing anything else that would be beneficial? I was thinking Floralicious+ would make a mess in flood and drain trays with rock wool. Let me know your insight!

Hello Homebrewer! Can you lead me for some good Nutrient setup? I'm about to start a DWC grow with RO and Dyna-Gro line (Foliage Pro, Bloom, Pro-Tekt, Mag-Pro, KLN (not sure if that will help though). Do you think i need any mycorrhizal fungi/beneficial bacteria (Great White i.e.), any Sweetener or generally something more than the standar Dyna-Gro Line?
Thank you for all your work and grow reports. Learning from you!

I actually liked Aqua Flakes a lot as it's pretty easy to use and very consistent.

As far as additives go, I like protekt of course but I also like humic/fulvic/sea kelp type of additives. Floralicious plus is a great additive.

I don't think you'll need magpro and I only really used KLN at cloning time. Great white can be thrown in your res with maybe a weak sugar source like molasses or table sugar. WEAK means like a tsp per 10 gallons. That'll be enough to feed your critters while not attracting bugs.
