Sick plants - Ebb/Gro | Aquaflakes | Hydroton | Slow Growth | Curled Leaves

I have a 9x20 room with 2 CAP ebb/gro systems.

One system has 16 StrawberryCream clones and the other has 16 XXXBubbaKush clones.

All clones came in to the systems healthy. About 2 weeks in my reservoirs spent a day in the 75-80F range and I had a brown snot outbreak. I spent 2 weeks fighting that with h2o2, watermax, SM90, and multizyme. I managed to kill all roots, eat away all the dead root mass, and the girls have been bouncing back. I've trimmed away all the crispy yell leaves and I'm starting to see some green growth but it is very slow and some of the girls are not bouncing back correctly. My room runs 65-75F, humidity is between 30-40% (I cannot get it higher due to the A/C needs of the room). I'm also using CO2 at proper levels. The girls are getting PLENTY of lighting. Below are pics. Here are the current stats of the nutes:

Aquaflakes, full line in RO water, a little heavy on the multizyme for any remaining dead root mass. Current EC @ 1.4-1.5. pH value @ 5.8-6.1 range. Res temps 68-72F, smells good, not like a pond/fish-tank. I use some big airstones with a big pump that is kept cool to keep the injected air cool in the res.

Other additives are watermax from bob's brew and silica.

The watermax is HOCL (hypochlrous acid). This is the oxygenating, non-toxic part of chlorine used by municipalities and commercial hydro-greenhouses for scale reduction and santitation. It's used for sanitation and scale removal in a non bio-active hydroponic solution. This was the final key to killing the root rot problem I had. As i'm using H&G without beneficials or myco, it's cool. Also keeps my res clean.

Silica - I'm using protek at the recommended dose

My lights are off at noon and on at 6pm. The buckets flood 15 minutes @ lights on, again @midnight and 6am. No water during the lights out or the preceding 6 hours.

I need to get this dialed in. I'm behind schedule, running out of meds, and can't afford to buy more. I've invested too much into this grow room. Sigh... Help me rollitup, you're my only hope!

In the pics below, the white plastic in the pots is just a circle of panda plastic being used to keep the root zone temps down, although it is probably not needed.

Maybe I'm overwatering them?
Should I let them sit without water for a couple days? At this size, the hydroton in those buckets probably holds enough for them to last that long.
