What does my bud starting to grow into a point mean? Anything?
Genetics? Bud Stretch (if there is such a thing)

All the trichs are either clear or cloudy. But 90% hair are red. I am 9 weeks into flower.
Don't know Strain Seems to be Sative/Hybrid but I'm a noob so I don't really know what the hell I am talking about.

Probably nothing, but tell me what you think.

I think it means they are foxtailing so you could give them less food to harvest sooner.

Fox tails are pointy. Sometimes the cola can grow many points so they call that crowning.

Thats just a little side Cola. The 2 mains are prabaly going to .5 oz. or bigger dry. I am just trying to determine the best time to chop. I flushed 1 week ago but I think it might had been a little early. Is it possible to start nuting them again/ They are getting real deficient.

was it really good smoke that the seed was in?
Good regs. Thats it. But this will be my third harvest from the same seed and all of them have been early. I cut my first at 6 then 8 now I will cut at about 10. The one I cut at 6 was better then the stuff we bought, the 8 week was really sticky and is just starting to cure. My wife says it's twice as good. I suspect this next harvest will be even better because it getting really frost and this one purple.

The bud are very dense on the branch and are decent dry. Very sticky yes. But not very smelly. They have a delicious smell though fruity with pine. Branches are solid. A little long but I topped so they bushed a bit. The smelly though mouthwatering couldn't even be smelled with the door open until about 2 weeks ago (I live in a 1100 sqft home with no venting just growing in my bedroom closet with the closet door open all day). Anyone come over I have have to do is close the door and nothing to smell. I am going to seed these out next time and get a supply of them. Nothing better then not having to worry about venting.

You might be waiting a looooooooooooooooong time for amber triches on any sativa.
True dat. I grew a sativa last year that I let flower for almost 3 months, from start of august to almost the end of october. Trichs never turned amber, I finally cut 'em. And based on the quality, smell and overall feel, I harvested 2-3 weeks late. IMO it was overripe

I too have plants grown from commercial mexican brick weed. When grown right, most commercial bud comes out pretty potent. Honestly, I think buying strains is over rated. More fun to get seeds from dirt weed and see what grows up.
