okay so...I wan't to start flowering my smaller plant, its growth is tedious but anywho I heard/read/saw (DVD) that smaller plants can be made to flower at whatever age, well mature enough to where you can have about 50 small plants flowering to make up a decent size bag. Now is there a general rule of thumb to follow when attempting this? ie: wait for x amount of fan leaf blades etc etc. thx :joint::peace:

What you are talking is about is a Sea of Green (sog) and its usually done with a bunch of clones with no or little vegging, 50 little plants > 10 big ones in theory.

To do a s.o.g. you will need a mother plant to provide the clones.Take cuttings from the mother root the clones then put them to flower. You can flower a bunch of seedlings by doing 12/12 from seed.

Cut clones from mother, wait 7 to 10 days for a good root structure, put into 12/12 to flower. From start to finish is about 10 weeks.
